There’s still time to sign up for our Team Trout Championship! If you don’t have a boat - no worries we have plenty of rentals left! Two-person teams start fishing at 8 a.m. and come in to weigh in their catch at 4 p.m. They are allowed to weigh in 4 trout each. All of our trout tournaments are restricted to lures and flies only - no soft plastic baits, no live bait. We award the top four teams with a percentage of the purse as well as trophies and a plaque, in the Team Tournament. Be sure to stick around for a fantastic, FREE meal after the weigh-in! We always see some of the best catches of rainbows of the year in the winter, it seems. Winter fishing, I’ve always said, is the best time to fish Lake Taneycomo!
